- STANDARD ITEMS:
- GUARANTEE PERIOD
The Wine Cabinet is guaranteed for one year commencing from the date of original purchase as stipulated on the purchase invoice. All Services beyond the said guarantee period will be charged according to the service charge price list of Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. ("the Company").
Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co. Ltd. and the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown and/or failure of the Wine Cabinet.
- OUTLYING ISLAND USERS
For service on Hong Kong outlying islands and remote area, an outlying island and remote area travelling surcharge will be levied. In case workshop service is needed, customer is responsible for the transportation of the unit to and from our customer service centre or any place in urban area.
- END USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
The end user shall keep this guarantee certificate intact, and quote the registration no. or telephone no. stipulated on the Guarantee Registration Card when requesting for service. The end user shall present this guarantee certificate together with the official purchase invoice issued by the dealers of Hong Kong or Macau to our technician for verification when service is rendered. Any guarantee certificate other than this will not be recognized by the Company. This guarantee certificate is valid only when all items on the Guarantee Registration Card are properly filled in and mailed to the Company within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- ON-SITE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The end user shall facilitate the Company to get access to the Wine Cabinet whenever maintenance is required.
- SERIAL NUMBER
The end user shall not alter the serial number of the Wine Cabinet. This warranty will be null and void if the serial number on the Wine Cabinet does not match with that printed on the guarantee certificate.
- LOCATION OF WINE CABINET
The end user should inform the Company promptly of any relocation and /or change of ownership of the Wine Cabinet.
- SERVICE HOURS
Service will be provided within office hours i.e. 9:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. No service will be provided on Sundays and Public Holidays. Service may be suspended without prior notice due to typhoon no. 8 or above or black rain storm signal is hoisted.
- MACAU USERS
When workshop service is required for Macau users, customer is responsible for the transportation of the unit to and from our Macau Customer Service Centre.
- CHARGEABLE ITEMS:
Guarantee service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required:
- Repair or replacement of cabinet, doors, lining, door seals, shelves, and other accessories.
- The wine cabinet has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of the Company.
- The wine cabinet has been damaged caused by failure to follow normal operating procedures and instructions or failure to ensure proper care, use and maintenance as outlined in the user's manual, misuse, negligence, power interruption, natural calamities or accident.
- The wine cabinet is not installed on a fixed location on land.
- The normal operation of the wine cabinet is affected by improper installation.
- Removal and/or reinstatement of any decorations or facilities hindering the service work of the Wine Cabinet.
- NOTES TO USERS OUTSIDE HONG KONG AND MACAU:
This guarantee certificate is valid only in Hong Kong and Macau.
- ENGLISH/CHINESE VERSION:
In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
